In this context of rapid growth ($25M raised in Series B in March 2022), we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to participate in building our artificial intelligence platform dedicated to the proper use of medication.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an ambitious Communication Manager to take ownership of our multichannel communication efforts in France and the United States. You will be responsible for designing and executing coherent communication campaigns, managing press relations, creating engaging content, and improving internal communication. This role is perfect for a high-performing communication professional ready to drive our brand visibility and engagement in a fast-growing HealthTech startup.
Key Responsibilities:
Multichannel communication management
- Develop and oversee coherent communication campaigns for the French and American markets, ensuring message harmonization across all channels (website, social media, newsletters, press releases).
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure clear product positioning and that key messages are effectively conveyed in all content.
- Monitor campaign performance to adjust communication strategies based on results and market feedback.
Press and influencer relations
- Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and key partners in the United States and France to enhance brand visibility.
- Write and distribute press releases to support product launches and strategic announcements.
- Organize press events and participate in trade shows or conferences, ensuring a strategic brand presence.
Creation of engaging content
- Design and produce diverse content (articles, infographics, videos, client testimonials) aligned with the brand’s positioning, highlighting AI and service excellence.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, developing an editorial line to create engagement among B2B audiences.
- Create customer case studies and white papers to showcase the products’ impact on the industry and strengthen brand credibility.
Enhancement of internal communication
- Develop initiatives to improve internal communication around AI positioning and company values.
- Implement internal newsletters and information sessions to align French and US teams on communication messages and strategies.
- Collaborate with HR teams to highlight company projects and promote a consistent corporate culture.
Competitive intelligence and strategic Adaptation
- Conduct competitive and industry monitoring to adapt messages and anticipate communication trends in the French and American markets.
- Propose innovative ideas to improve brand awareness and visibility, based on feedback and market developments.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in communication, ideally in innovative sectors (health, technology, SaaS), with an understanding of B2B markets.
Skills
Hard skills
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Skills in international communication project management (France and USA), with sensitivity to cultural differences and fluent professional English.
- Experience in creating engaging content and managing multichannel communication.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and message according to targets (clients, partners, press).
• Proficiency in digital communication tools (CMS, social media, email marketing) and public relations campaign management.
- Ability to communicate and unite teams.
